Adhesive Tape, Stretch Film, and Top Sheet for Packaging

Pallet Packing (Export)

In the world of logistics and distribution, the safety of goods during storage and shipping is a critical factor. Product damage caused by shock, dust, moisture, or improper handling can result in significant losses. Here are the recommended packaging steps:

1. Arrange the products neatly inside the cardboard box according to standards

2. Seal the cardboard boxes using adhesive tape
Adhesive tape serves as a packaging sealant to securely close the boxes. Its strong adhesive strength helps protect the products and prevents the packaging from opening during distribution.

3. Arrange the boxes stably and evenly on the pallet. Avoid stacking them too high or unevenly, as this can increase the risk of goods slipping during handling.

4. Place a top sheet on the top of the pallet
For optimal pallet protection, a top sheet is used as an additional barrier against water, dust, and moisture. Top sheets are ideal for warehouse storage and distribution processes where exposure to weather changes is a risk.

5. Wrap the package using stretch film. Stretch film can bind multiple packages together into a more stable unit, there by minimizing the risk of shifting or falling during transport.

Adhesive tape, stretch film, and top sheets are effective packaging solutions for protecting products during storage, distribution, and shipping, while also supporting a smooth supply chain.
